What are your operating hours?
It’s important to note. I work full time 8AM-5PM, so my availability to assist will primarily be the evenings and weekends. Or when on Annual Leave.
How much do you charge?
Every job and requirement is different, any works will be fully specc’d and quoted free of charge before commencing. I have a standard hourly rate for both consumer and business. Contact me to find out more.
Are there any monthly costs involved?
Only if operating costs are involved or maintenance fees. Usually for projects or works involving hosting of websites. Otherwise Technical support is completely Ad-Hoc.
Where are you based?
I am based in Brightlingsea. But I can also cater for the surrounding areas as well.
Do you outsource any services?
The only services I will out source are Mobile Device repairs or major breaks of Desktop or Laptop Devices where only the manufacturer can repair them.
